Analytical data from more than 900 Swedish establishments is collected during the period September to November 2018 and has comparative data back to 2012 when the surveys started.<br\/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gdm.se-se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/logo_customer_value_2018-600.png\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>&#8220;It is gratifying that those who are perceived as best are improving, but at the same time it is worrying that the difference between best and worst is increasing. The risks for both the supplier side and the buyer side are increasing.
