For the sixth year in a row, GDM fulfills the requirements necessary to be certified as a Great Place To Work.
Great Place to Work® certification is the only certification of good workplaces in Sweden and is based on the employee experience. The certification is based on the Great Place to Work© Institute’s global standard for what characterizes a good workplace and is proof that employees experience a very high degree of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within the organization.
