According to Radar’s major vendor quality review, GDM is a leader in creating operational, tactical and strategic value for its customers in 2022. GDM makes the top five list in two out of four categories, User-Centric IT Services and Infrastructure and Operations.

Radar Ecosystem Specialists is now releasing the Supplier Quality 2022 report. The annual report measures quality and value creation in the relationship between Swedish customers and suppliers in the IT area.
Every year Radar conducts a major survey around customer perceived value and quality. This year over 1,000 Swedish businesses participated in assessing their suppliers in what is Sweden’s largest quantitative survey of IT decision makers around delivered customer satisfaction and customer value.
“The results of Radar Supplier Quality 2022 show that clarity in competence and offer is increasingly valued and when partnership and value come into focus, there are major changes in the relationship between customer and supplier. Compliance, understanding and closeness to the customer have been rewarded in 2022,” says Hans Werner, CEO of Radar.
GDM has been on Radar’s top list of delivery quality seven times in the past, this year in two categories, a confirmation that as an IT supplier they are a leader in Sweden in creating customer satisfaction.
